Moving is an action that a Unit can do. A unit can only move to an adjacent territory (unless it is an Army being Convoyed over a body of water). If two units move into the same territory or a unit attempts to move into an occupied territory, the units bounce and do not succeed in moving to their intended targets. A unit can only move into an occupied or disputed territory if it is supported by more units than the one(s) opposing its move.
